Your Order

When you place an order, the system creates an account for you. Please log into your account in the top right corner of the website to learn more about your order. Navigate to the Orders tab to find information such as the Order ID, Payment Status, Shipping Status, and so on.

If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number for more information. Please keep in mind that we can only ship to PayPal registered addresses.

Shipping Terms

All the products you paid are based on FOB China/Hongkong terms. You’re responsible to the import customs tax to be paid according to your country/area laws.

Most of our products are shipped within 24-48hours with our own stock inventory, for some dealer-based system installation, it will require more processing days.

This can happen in two ways: 1. when you order multiple products and some of them ship from different locations; and 2. when you order multiple products and some of them are currently out of stock. When everything has been delivered, the status will be changed to Shipped.

Payment & Delivery

You certainly can. If you don’t have a PayPal account or prefer to pay with a credit or debit card, go to the PayPal website and select “Pay with Debit or Credit Card.”

The majority of our products are shipped from our China or Hong Kong warehouse.

Our standard delivery time ranges from 4 to 7 business days. It may take longer if the retrofit you ordered is out of stock. If this occurs, you will be notified, and the Shipping & Order Status in your personal account will be updated accordingly.

Navigate to the Orders tab after logging into your personal account in the top right corner of the website. Tracking numbers for all items in your order can be found under the Shipping status.

If PayPal is unavailable or blocked in your country, you can pay for your order via wire transfer or western union. If this is the case, please contact us to walk through the process step by step.

We ship a USB stick with a map update after you place an order and complete payment. As an option, we can also send you the download link as per your request.

You can check the Payment Status column by logging into your account and going to the Orders tab. When we receive the payment, we will change the status to Paid.

We offer free worldwide shipping. However, delivery and handling do not include any applicable duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. We do our best to adhere to the value limits, but they vary greatly between countries. Please check with your local customs office for more information on estimated costs.

Returns & Refunds

If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact our customer service team. They will assist you in troubleshooting common issues and may be able to assist you in getting your product to work. If your product continues to malfunction, our team will assist you in determining which component(s) in your upgrade kit are defective and will issue a return authorization to replace the affected component (s).

Some of our services, such as coding and activation, are prepared and performed specifically for your vehicle. These are non-refundable services. If you want to return a new and unused product for a refund within 14 days of receiving it, please contact our support team and provide your order number. Please keep in mind that you will be charged a restocking fee as well as for any missing or damaged components.

Most of our kits come with a 12-month basic warranty (or a 90-day warranty for refurbished products) that covers manufacturing flaws, many of our products come with a 2- or 3-year extended warranty that can be purchased separately. All warranty periods begin on the date of purchase and cannot be changed after the fact. Please keep in mind that our warranties do not cover damage caused by the customer during or after installation unless caused by a faulty kit, nor do they cover the costs of reinstalling a new replacement kit. If your product has a problem, please contact our support team and provide your order number.

No, it isn’t. Because AUTOSVS offers DIY installation upgrades, the customer is responsible for the installation, including all installation costs. Check the warranty terms with your chosen installer if you decide to install your product with the help of our certified installers.

If subsequent changes are made to your vehicle’s software, features activated through coding may stop working or work differently. The most common reason is that your dealer requires new software to be installed in your vehicle. In this case, the features made available through coding can be reactivated. The same USB file that came with your order can be used to reactivate USB-coded features(or the same remote activation process what we have done). For a small fee, features coded by our technician can be reactivated. For more information, please contact us. We are unable to provide refunds for coding features that were deactivated due to subsequent software changes.

Installation & Support

All Unichip kits include detailed installation instructions. Each set of instructions is tailored to a specific product and vehicle, ensuring accuracy and simplicity. Many of our products also come with video instructions. The majority of our products are designed for self-installation by anyone with basic DIY skills. If you have purchased a Unichip kit and want to install it yourself, or if you are thinking about purchasing a Unichip kit and want to know more about the installation process, please contact our technical support team.

To install our products in customer vehicles, we collaborate closely with professional technicians all over the world. All of our partners have worked with Unichip products as well as some OEM retrofits and will be able to install your kit to the highest standard. Please keep in mind that all installation and service fees are set by our partners, and AUTOSVS cannot cover or refund any costs in part or in full.

It’s all depends on, for Unichip plug and play kit, most of them requires no coding, for OEM features activated by SmartBimmer, SmartBenz or SmartPCM kit, our system will handle the coding for you with the device we shipped.

If an AUTOSVS product is not fully operational, it is possible that it was incorrectly installed or configured. Please keep in mind that many of our products include a toolkit, DIP switches, and laptop settings for modifying the configuration settings for various vehicles. Your installation instructions will explain how they should be configured for your vehicle. Incorrectly configuring the system will almost certainly result in the kit malfunctioning. Some of our products require coding after installation, or they will not function properly or may be missing features. In this case, your installation instructions will walk you through the coding process. If your AUTOSVS product is still not working properly, please contact our technical support team so that we can troubleshoot your problem.

If a previously operational AUTOSVS product has stopped working, a fault with the kit may have developed. Alternatively, if you have recently made any modifications to your vehicle, such as installing other retrofit kits or modifying your system software, these changes may have interfered with the proper operation of your AUTOSVS kit.
